She is proud to offer the opportunity for children to grow through fun, engaging activities. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Prior to owning a Goddard School, Swati managed a software consulting company. She has almost three decades of experience working as an educator, auditor, software developer, team lead, and solutions manager. Our owners, Swati and Sunil Kapdi, would like to invite your family to visit their beautiful new school, introduce you to their incredible faculty and tell you all about the Goddard approach to learning.     Ms. Nickelchia is the center director at Goddard School in Georgetown. She was born and raised in Phenix-city Alabama. She resides in Killeen Texas. She has been married for 22 years and has a son. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in early education administration from Ashford University in 2019. Also, a master's degree in psychology from Arizona Global University in 2022. She graduated from Sonship School of the first born in bible studies in 2013. Ms. Nickelchia started her in-home family childcare that was in business for seven years. She also worked in childcare for over 15 years.
