Mrs. Swati is the on-site owner of The Goddard School located on Williams Drive in Georgetown, Texas. As a mother, Swati recognizes the importance of a high-quality, play-based learning program, which is why she chose The Goddard School. She is proud to offer the opportunity for children to grow through fun, engaging activities. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Prior to owning a Goddard School, Swati managed a software consulting company. She has almost three decades of experience working as an educator, auditor, software developer, team lead, and solutions manager. Nadya has been working at the Goddard School since April 2021. She always had a passion for children since she was old enough to take care of them. It brings her joy when children learn something new. She enjoys reading on her free time. A lesson plan that went well for her was teaching her students the state song. Nadya is excited about teaching her children something new each day.
Ms. Breanna started working with children when she was 14 years old with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts Troops. She has been with us since we opened our amazing Goddard School! She holds her Texas Director's License. She has help many positions in the preschool environment. She has worked as an assistant teacher as well as Lead Teacher. Ms. Breanna is excited to work at The Goddard School and believes children learn best in a loving and nurturing environment. She loves working with kids because she loves to watch them learn and grow.
Ms. Ashley has been working with children for ten years, and teaching has always been her passion. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a teacher, and her siblings played a big role in inspiring her to follow that dream. Her favorite part of working with children is introducing them to new and exciting concepts—especially those special moments when their faces light up with understanding and pride.
Ms. Baleria has been working in childcare for two years. She believes that working with children ensures each day is a unique adventure, filled with excitement and surprises. Her favorite movie is Lilo & Stitch, and as a child, she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian because of her love for animals. Ms. Baleria enjoys the joy and energy that children bring to every day and loves being part of their growth and discovery.
Mrs. Demetra has been working in childcare for three and a half years. Her love for children is what inspired her to pursue a career in early education. She finds great joy in watching children grow, develop their personalities, and discover new things about the world around them. Seeing their curiosity and confidence blossom is one of her favorite parts of teaching. Her favorite childhood movie is “The Lion King,” a story that reminds her of the importance of courage, love, and family. She also loved reading “No, David!” as a child, a book that always made her smile and reminds her of the playful, imaginative nature of childhood. Mrs. Demetra is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel supported, loved, and free to express themselves. She believes every child has a unique spark, and she loves helping them shine brighter each day.
Ms. Tharika has been working with children for two years. Her favorite childhood book is Harry Potter, which inspired her imagination and love for learning. She enjoys working with children because of their curiosity, creativity, and growing independence as they discover new things. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a math teacher. Her passion for working with children began when she volunteered at her high school’s preschool program, an experience that sparked her lifelong interest in early education. After moving to the United States, she continued pursuing that passion. Ms. Tharika holds a degree in Business Information Technology.
Ms. Nicole has been working with children most of her life. Her mother inspired her to teach. Her favorite hobby is crafting, and she is from Brooklyn, New York. She has been working at the Goddard School since October. Nicole enjoys seeing the infants grow and reach all their milestones in her classroom. She believed the best lesson plan that she taught was teaching children about the different seasons. She loves seeing children paint outdoors and learn about the weather.
Ms. Nikole has over 28 years of experience in early childhood education, including 20 years running her own in-home childcare business. She is currently the lead teacher in the 2–3-year-old classroom. Before joining The Goddard School, she also worked in elementary schools supporting children in special education. Inspired by her mother, Ms. Nikole developed a lifelong passion for helping young children learn and grow in a positive and nurturing environment. She loves being part of The Goddard School community and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children in her care. She plans to continue advancing her career by obtaining her Director’s License in the near future.
Ms. Rashmi has been working with children for four months and brings a warm, hands-on approach to learning. She encourages independence and strives to create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment where every child feels supported and valued. Her favorite childhood movie is The Lion King. What she loves most about working with children is their curiosity and genuine excitement for learning. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a doctor, but her fifth-grade math teacher inspired her to work with kids and share her love of learning. Ms. Rashmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management.
Miss. Shelby is from Georgetown, Texas. She is a toddler teacher. She has worked at the Goddard School for almost 3 years. Her grandmother inspired her to teach. Her favorite song to play in the classroom is "Wheels on the Bus," her students love to dance to the song. She believes getting to watch children grow and advance can have a great impact in their lives. She enjoys teaching her students about nature and learning new things.
Ms. Juana has been working with children for five years and finds great joy in watching them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. From a young age, she dreamed of becoming both an astronaut and a teacher—two paths that reflect her deep curiosity about the world and her passion for exploration and learning. Her favorite childhood movie, “Grave of the Fireflies,” has always reminded her of the importance of compassion, resilience, and understanding others’ emotions—values she carries into her classroom every day. What Ms. Juana loves most about teaching is bringing joy into children’s lives and seeing the excitement on their faces when they discover something new. She strives to be a positive role model and to inspire her students to believe in themselves and their abilities.
Ms. Jyotsna recently began her journey in childcare and brings a strong passion for helping children learn and grow. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and is the proud mom of a seven-year-old, who inspired her to pursue a career working with children. Ms. Krystal has worked with children for four years and enjoys building strong, caring relationships with them—she considers each child one of her little buddies. Her favorite childhood movie is All Dogs Go to Heaven, a story that reminds her of the power of love and friendship. Growing up, caring for her younger siblings inspired her passion for working with children. As a child, Krystal dreamed of becoming an aerospace engineer, reflecting her curiosity and love for exploration.
Ms. Marissa has worked in childcare for 3 years and is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing enviroment for every child. Her favorite childhood movie is Lilo and Stitch, a story she loves for its themes of family and belonging. Growing up, she wanted to be an elementary school teacher. Inspired by her great aunt and mom, she found her calling in early childhood education. What she enjoys most is seeing each child's unique personality shine and watching them grow and thrive in their own way.
Rajitha has been working with children for the past two years in a licensed facility as a child she wanted to be a lyricist, and her favorite childhood movie was by Disney called "Mighty Joe Young" and book "The Hungry Caterpillar". What Rajitha likes most about children is their activeness, creativity, imagination and the fact that the activities, lessons and experiences of working with children helps to increase our imagination and creativity as adults. Rajitha stated that what influenced her to work with children is her desire to impact their lives in a positive way while building relationship with them and their parents.
Ms. Zeta was raised and born in Austin, Texas. She has been at the Goddard School since July 2022. Her 5th grade English teacher positively influenced her to teach. Her inspiration to be a teacher stems from the love of teaching today's children to be productive. She believes students need help and how to adjust their instruction. Teachers can develop and share knowledge that can help more students succeed. She is excited to be at Goddard School and wants to help the school to her highest ability.
